Greetings from Asbury Park!

From day one to this very morning, it has been our absolute pleasure to be here, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for everyone’s patronage and support. A born-again mecca for good food and great friends, the honor is all ours to have joined the fabric of this little city.

You’ve probably noticed that our Asbury location has been closed Monday through Wednesday, and we think it’s time to let you in on the secret – we’re growing!

In an effort to take the best care of our favorite people (you!) we’ve decided to focus our energy on a bigger space with better potential. As we work toward this change, we are closing our Asbury Park location. For the time being, our Asbury location will host only wholesale and large pickup orders. Once the big move is set, we’ll let everyone know the new address!

On behalf of all of us here at Red Rose, thank you for showing us the true spirit of Asbury Park. We look forward to welcoming you all to our new home :)

I was so happy when I found Red Rose because I didn’t have to go back to Brooklyn for my baked goods. Melissa’s products are the best and the closest I’ve found to the quality and taste of Brooklyn and I go to Red Rose at least twice a week to stock up; I especially love their seven-layer cookies and Italian bread and they make the best pignoli cookies I’ve ever tasted.. You can smell the aroma of the different baked goods and fillings as soon as you walk in and once you go there and taste it, you’ll be like ‘wow!’ It’s just an awesome experience.

I am beyond satisfied with everything this business has to offer. I reached out to them last minute for a birthday cake, I mean the night before needing it.. sent an email and received a phone call at 8:30 am from their staff ready to take the cake details. They had the cake ready SAME DAY by 2:30 pm. Let me tell you!! The cake was identical to the photo, ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!😍 My daughter and I were so happy we found this bakery! They took a weight off my shoulders in last minute chaos, gave us exactly what we wanted and were so kind, patient and professional. Let me also add all the delicious cookies, cupcakes and bite size cakes they have made fresh daily. We grabbed more goodies when we got there. Overall, I highly recommend this bakery, you get your moneys worth, great service and good sweets! 10/10 perfection!

The Winnie the Pooh birthday cake came out so adorable! The little details are so perfect! Everyone thought it looked amazing. The whole process from start to finish was super easy and quick. I had placed the order several weeks ahead of time online through their website, confirmed details over the phone, and brought in the little figurine toppers a week before the cake was due to be ready.

Five star all around. The cake I ordered for my daughter's sweet 16 was beautifully decorated and was everyone's favorite dessert among our many guests. The customer service was top notch and I look forward to when I can return and check out their amazing selection of brownies. Thank you Red Rose!!!

Have been going here for a few months since I’ve moved back. Girls up front are so sweet and helpful especially when taking my custom orders. My family loves when I bring their cannolis and cookies to parties. Will continue coming back

Came here for the first time to get some things for Thanksgiving. The girl up front was very helpful and attentive, even with the rush. Everything looked really good and I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future.

While their baked goods are delicious and the location very convenient, I was super unimpressed with the attitude and lack of customer service displayed by young woman on my latest visit. If I owned a small business, I would not want this person working for me. Second thoughts on returning in the future. Very disappointed.

Red Rose Bakery rocks! Great Manicotti cookies. They also make a great casada cream (canoli) and the best butter cream 😋 on their cakes!
